Consumers Plead With Woolworths

Dairy cows and Grass need your help once again. We are still in the cow turf wars with Woolworths.  Grass would like to make one final plea to Woolworths to address the dairy concerns in the Dairy Commitment List that we sent to them over five months ago. Please assist Grass by forwarding this message to the Woolworths team (JustinSmith@woolworths.co.za and custserv@woolworths.co.za) and adding your own concerns. Please don’t forget to copy us in on your mails (grassconsumergroup@gmail.com). You can view your previous letter here http://woolies-milk.weebly.com/letters-from-woolies-customers/previous/8.

  1. Just so I understand. Is Woolworths fobbing you off and taking the position that this is not worthy of responding to?

      Hi Thabo
They have said that they will not interact with us directly but through their website which they recently did here (http://www.woolworths.co.za/store/fragments/corporate/corporate-index.jsp?content=../article/article&contentId=cmp203513). What is concerning Grass is that they are continuing to mislead their customers and other South African consumers, all the while denying that they have in the past too. South African consumers have the right to make informed purchasing decisions and Woolworths is not fully understanding that fact.

      Hi again Thabo
Just to let you know that we continue to investigate these products and the misleading claims made about them but have taken the queries further and elsewhere. We have basically spent three years trying to uncover the truth about these Woolworths organic dairy products.
